The Rev. Dr. Paul S. Rimassa began his service as Trinity's first full time priest in 2006.

Fr. Paul earned his Ph.D in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.  He holds a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling - Marriage and Family Therapy from LaSalle University and a Master of Divinity and Master of Moral Theology from Seton Hall University.  The Rev. Rimassa also holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

In November 2005, Paul was received as a priest into the Episcopal Church by Bishop Councell. He was ordained a Roman Catholic priest in November 1983. His ministry experience includes nine years as Pastor of Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Mercerville, and Associate Pastor of St. James Church in Pennington and St. Mary of the Lake in Lakewood. He is a co-founder of Angel Wings, an emergency shelter for abused and neglected children. Fr. Rimassa was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and served in Vietnam, then as Chaplain (commissioned 2nd Lieutenant) in the Air Force Reserves/National Guard. While priest at OLS, he was also Director of the Office of Catholic Persons with Disabilities for The Diocese of Trenton.

Paul and his wife Mary reside in nearby Hamilton Square. Since 2003, he has served as Executive Director of The Center for Sexuality and Religion, a national program affiliated with M.S. and Ed.D Human Sexuality programs at Widener University. He holds membership in several professional associations, including among many, the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the U.S. He is proficient in American Sign Language and has in-depth knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
